Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you incurred one or more overdraft fees in connection with your TD Bank personal or business account, your Carolina First Bank account, and/or your Mercantile Bank account, you may be entitled to benefits. To receive benefits, you must file a Claim Form via the following methods described below. All claims must be submitted online or postmarked no later than February 7, 2020. Claims received after this deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.


File Online:

To file online, you will be required to provide your "Unique ID". This ID can be found on the Postcard or Email Notice you received. If you did not receive a Notice, and you believe you are part of this Settlement, please call the Administrator at 1-877-588-5722.

If you received a Claim Form, then you should use it to make a claim. You may also download a copy here. It should be filled out, signed, and sent to the Administrator at the address below.
